We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at aunexasupply@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
